Across Riccione’s tourist scenario, we are proud of defining ourselves as a real celiac-friendly hotel. All started around 15 years ago when we discovered that one of our daughters suffered from celiac disease: as we travelled a lot around Italy and abroad with her, we realized how difficult, limiting and oftentimes even frustrating finding well-suited hotels and restaurant was.
 
Therefore we thought we would provide our customers with the know-how we have gained over the years on this subject. Our choice was to offer celiac sufferers the same choice of dishes we offer everyone else including gluten-free menus suitable for food intolerances: we endeavour to limit sacrifices as much as we can but we however prefer saying no rather than taking unnecessary risks

SUFFERING FROM FOOD INTOLERANCES
Our vegetable buffets are 100% gluten-free, the choice between 3 main and second courses usually includes gluten-free dishes. Most desserts are specifically made for our guests suffering from celiac disease and intolerant to lactose, sorbets and ice-creams are gluten and lactose-free. The breakfast buffet also comes with zweibacks, cereals, biscuits, tarts, fruit jam, nutella, yogurt all gluten-free. Particular attention is paid to people suffering from specific intolerances.
 
We are Certified by A.U.S.L. and kindly ask our guests to inform us on any food intolerance upon making a reservation.
