This section is aimed at collecting as much information as possible which may turn useful for your holidays in Riccione. Here you will find the answers to the most frequently asked questions from guests of Flamengo Hotel. 
1. What time is my room available and when should I leave it?
We strive to make your wait as short as possible: if the room had not been busy the night before your arrival, you will be able to access it since early morning, otherwise it will be ready as soon as our guests will have left. On the departure date, we beg guests to leave their room by 10 am so that we will be able to clean it and make it available at 1 pm at the latest on the same day. On request and at a little surcharge, an extended use of the room may be requested: said option shall nonetheless be agreed with our reception desk.
2. Does Flamengo have a car park?
Flamengo Hotel has 9 herringbone-shaped parking spaces and a discounted car park connected by shuttle service. We recommend to book a parking space as vacant spots are limited. The service involves a daily 7 € fee.
3. How far is Flamengo from bus stops?
Bus n.40 stop is 20 meters far from the hotel: you can take bus n.11 from Rimini’s station or, if you get off in Riccione, take bus n. 124, get off at piazzale Curiel and take bus n.11 northward.
4. Is beach service available?
To offer a customized service, we recommend two beaches overlooking our property: Bagno Sergio 107 (a historic beach established for over 30 years) and Playa del Sol Bagni 108-109 ( a “sparkling” beach with pool and entertainment for adults and children). The full-board rate does not include the use of curtains or parasols and sunbeds whereas the All-inclusive plan also comes with drinks served at the table at lunch and dinner (water, soft drinks and house wine) and parasol/curtain with sunbeds (at Bagno 107). Alternatively, the All-inclusive Plus plan comes with soft drinks served at the table at lunch and dinner, parasol/curtain with sunbeds, pool and beach side entertainment (parasol/curtain at Bagno 107 as well as pool and children’s entertainment at Bagno 108).
5. Does Flamengo have a swimming pool?
As we do not have an internal pool, we hold a partnership with Bagno 108/109 to meet our customers’ requirements. With the “All Inclusive Plus” plan, you will have a chance to use the pool located by the beach.
6. What does the breakfast buffet include and how are lunches and dinners managed?
Breakfast at Flamengo stays open between 7.30 and 10 am. We daily serve homemade pastries, croissants, zweibacks, honey, chocolate. Prosciutto cotto (cooked ham), bacon, eggs and cheese, yogurts, butter, cornflakes of various flavours, fresh fruit salad, fruit and vegetable extracts. We serve fresh milk, soy and rice lactose-free milk, coffee beans, chocolate and various tea flavours. At lunch and dinner we prepare a buffet rich in fresh and raw vegetables that can be tasted at will; every day, our restaurant also serves meat and fish recipes at both lunch and dinner time. We specialize in gluten-free recipes and propose vegetarian courses.
7. How does Flamengo cater for celiac sufferers?
We purchase produce with no glimpse of thickeners or flour-based elements, people suffering from celiac disease can choose and sample our dishes including desserts and fried specialties. In the morning, guests will find a dedicated corner with homemade pastries.
8. Are you open around the clock?
The official opening of Flamengo Hotel goes from Saturday on the last week of May to Sunday on the 2nd week of September. We also stay open on the occasion of the most important yearly festivities, for organized groups or well-known exhibitions.
9. What can we do in the daytime?
The spacious areas we offer are ideal to enjoy a few leisure and relaxing moments. We are located halfway between Viale Dante and Viale Ceccarini. The coast’s amusement parks are only a few kilometers away and Flamengo Hotel offers convenient discounts. Magnificent Villages and Castles are also within easy reach. Our hotel will provide you with brochures on the surrounding activities.
10. Is the hotel equipped to host families travelling with toddlers?
We are appointed with an equipped area for new mothers including kitchenette, available at all times to prepare or heat baby food. Meat and vegetable broths are always provided. Our baby guests will benefit from cradles, high chairs, strollers and bike seats. Next to Flamengo Hotel is a spacious children’s playground.
11. What can I find in rooms?
All rooms feature a balcony, some of them with sea-view and other seafront. You will also find a LED tv, free fiber-optic WI-FI, safe deposit box, hairdryer. The bathroom has a shower with curtain.
12. Are pets allowed?
Flamengo Hotel gladly accepts small-size pets which are allowed to access every communal area except the dining room.
